Because we serve minors, our mentor screening asks about criminal history. We treat this information as highly sensitive. It is used solely to evaluate suitability for serving in a youth-focused role, is accessible only to authorized leadership involved in the vetting process, and is never sold or shared for any unrelated purpose. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and all prospective mentors are subject to background checks and child-safety training before being placed with any youth.
